Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal advice across a range of matters under supervision
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, research memos, and reports
- Support senior solicitors in negotiations, mediations, and hearings
- Conduct legal research and help prepare case strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues across our global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Contribute to client communication and maintain high standards of client care
- Stay updated on legal developments relevant to your practice areas
Requirements
- Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor in England & Wales (or qualification expected shortly)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
- Demonstrated interest in international, cross-border legal work is an advantage
