About the role
- Senior Supply Chain Planner responsible for effective end-to-end planning and supply chain methodologies across OHI operations. Serving as SME in supply chain processes, influencing customer experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- The Supply Chain Lead role is responsible for effective end-to-end planning and application of appropriate purchasing methodologies across the entire OHI business.
- This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on supply chain processes, KPIs and ERP system application and have a strong influence on customer experience and satisfaction.
- This role requires a strong blend of data analysis acumen, supply chain knowledge, attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s or associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Supply Chain roles, with at least 2 years in a senior Planning position.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (Tier I ERP).
- Advanced Excel skills including high proficiency in complex macros, pivot tables and v-lookup/h-look-up.
- Strong knowledge of lean supply chain principles (Kanban, pull systems, waste elimination).
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Preferred Experience in controlled manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, food, automotive).
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma credentials.
- Experience implementing or upgrading ERP modules in planning/procurement.
- Experience with Far East vendor management.
