Support day-to-day operations, client onboarding, reporting, and various cross-functional projects

Provide insightful reporting for pre- and post-sale presentations
Pinpoint upselling opportunities and work directly with sales teams
Deliver exceptional client service by providing deliverables and managing client expectations
Provide final reporting, insights, and recommendations
