About the role

  • Customer Success Executive internship at Ogury focusing on client management and reporting. Collaborate with Sales and internal teams for campaign success while developing skills in Ad Tech.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations, client onboarding, reporting, and various cross-functional projects
  • Partner with Sales to determine a client's campaign objectives
  • Act as clients advocate and liaise with AdOps, Insights, Design and other internal departments
  • Provide insightful reporting for pre- and post-sale presentations
  • Pinpoint upselling opportunities and work directly with sales teams
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing deliverables and managing client expectations
  • Provide final reporting, insights, and recommendations
