Requirements
- Previous learning & development and/or talent management experience
- Familiar with professional services, ideally legal
- Credible with senior management
- Skills in managing stakeholders
- Comfortable using virtual delivery tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Familiar with learning management systems and digital platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Ideally qualified in one or more psychometric tools
