About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst supporting people management processes within a Business Partner model. Engaging with recruitment, labor relations, and development initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a generalist within the Business Partner model across all HR subsystems (recruitment and selection, labor and union relations, training, development, culture, etc.)
  • Support management of store headcount (opening store vacancies, workforce budgeting, and monitoring the flow of hires)
  • Monitor terminations and collect information to plan improvement actions
  • Process personnel movements (transfers, promotions, and merit increases)
  • Support store leaders with HR routines (time and attendance, vacations, feedback)
  • Assist in building and monitoring store leaders’ development tracks (planning, completion, reinforcement, evaluation, etc.)
  • Support activities related to climate, engagement, and culture surveys (Great Place to Work or pulse surveys)
  • Monitor data and indicators (People Analytics) and generate alerts for critical units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience in human resources and with the tasks described for the role
  • Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and analytical
  • Flexibility, resilience, and agility: our growth is exponential and change is part of our day-to-day
  • Preferred: Experience in Retail and/or leadership development programs and/or People Analytics
