About the role

  • Quality Engineer for OfficeRnD's Integrations Hub team, defining testing standards and fostering quality ownership across the team. Leading efforts in AI-assisted testing and automation coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Within the Integrations Hub team, define testing standards, shared tooling, and frameworks; collaborate with QA peers in other Hubs to align on common approaches across the company and apply them in your team.
  • Evaluate the team's current testing approach and own a milestone-based plan to uplift processes, methodologies, and tools - you own the plan and the outcome; increasing test coverage is the whole team's responsibility; keep the plan aligned with reality by balancing business demand for new functionality with technical debt.
  • Foster a culture where dev and QA in the Hub share responsibility for product quality, whether work is manual or automated.
  • Embed an AI-first approach in test design, execution, and analysis - and help define what AI-assisted testing means for the team (e.g. tooling, workflows, guardrails).
  • Set the bar for quality in the Hub and enable the whole team to act as QAs (coaching, clear expectations, shared ownership).
  • Build and maintain test environments, CI/CD quality, and product domain knowledge so your standards are grounded in how the product and business work.

Requirements

  • Ability to be the sole dedicated QA in a team while making quality a team-wide responsibility through communication, coaching, and clear standards.
  • Experience defining or evolving testing standards, tooling, or frameworks and bringing others (dev and QA) along within a team.
  • Comfort collaborating with other QAs to align on shared frameworks and methodologies and applying them in your own team.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation (tools or code), and comfort evaluating current practices and turning that into a clear, phased plan you own (with the team implementing) - while balancing business demand with technical debt so the plan stays realistic.
  • Experience in web testing and with typical web services and APIs; proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript (or another language) and Git.
  • Strong interest or experience in AI-assisted testing - and curiosity to help define what that means in practice (we use Cursor and are open to other tools).
  • Experience in agile setups and in environments that change quickly; you thrive when processes and priorities adapt.
  • Experience with mobile testing would be a plus.
  • Strong communication, transparency and self-organisation.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Benefits

  • Premium health insurance, including dental coverage.
  • 25 days of annual paid leave.
  • An additional day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • 3 paid volunteering days per year.
  • Full compensation for the first 3 days of sick leave.
  • Hybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite).
  • Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle.
  • Learning and development opportunities.
  • Regular team events and celebrations to foster connection and collaboration.
