About the role
- Lead Quality Assurance Analyst overseeing QA functions for healthcare software. Establishing testing processes and mentoring team members to ensure high software quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of the Quality Assurance function across the EM/HM organization
- Establish and advance the QA strategy, mentor a team of QA professionals

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality assurance engineer, or 2 years’ experience as a lead quality assurance engineer
- Experience with testing cloud-native systems
- QA related certifications are highly desirable (CSTE, CSQA, CAST)
- Familiarity with healthcare EDI data formats (i.e., HL7)
