About the role

  • Senior Geotechnical Project Manager leading engineering analyses and field investigations for high-profile infrastructure projects. Manage geotechnical explorations and partner with clients for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field investigations, engineering analyses, and provide expert recommendations.
  • Manage geotechnical explorations, soils/materials testing, and lab quality.
  • Partner with clients to deliver exceptional service and plan subsurface investigations.
  • Review construction drawings, prepare proposals, and resolve design challenges.
  • Communicate complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil/geotechnical engineering (graduate degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Strong problem-solving skills and diverse technical expertise
  • Shallow and Deep Foundation Design
  • Slope Stability Analysis, Seepage Analysis, and Stabilization
  • Lateral Earth Pressures and Retaining Structures
  • Proficiency in LPILE, APILE, Slide2, and similar software
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
  • US citizenship or permanent residency.
