About the role
- Intern contributing to logistics project development and data analysis at CEVA Logistics. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- As part of supporting the Purchasing/Operations strategy, contribute to the development and improvement of cross-functional tools (Maritime, Air, and Road).
- Analyze and collect data and requirements.
- Formalize requirements and validate specifications in collaboration with the IT department.
- Monitor technical developments and conduct business/user acceptance testing.
- Deploy, communicate about, and train users on the various tools.
- Create cross-functional tools (dashboards, Excel tools…).
- Provide user support and documentation.
- Track bugs and handle non-technical issue resolution.
- Update reference documentation.
- Implement KPIs to measure internal performance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's level - Bac+5), e.g., engineering school, business school, or logistics program.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Organized, methodical, and autonomous.
- Strong adaptability.
- Proactive with a strong ability to propose solutions.
- Fluent in English and proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in data visualization is a plus (Tableau, Power BI…).
- No programming knowledge is required for this internship, but it would be an advantage (VBA, Python…).
