Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading a management accounting / month-end reporting function within a multi-entity or group structure
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, including restructuring teams, redefining roles, and improving performance standards
- Strong ownership of group P&L reporting, with the ability to provide clear, commercially focused commentary and insight
- Experience supporting external audits and managing relationships with auditors
- Track record of process redesign and continuous improvement, driving greater accuracy, efficiency, and control
- Experience operating within (or helping to evolve) a target operating model in collaboration with central or group finance functions
- Strong financial systems capability, with experience improving reporting processes and controls
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
