Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 clients
Process payroll and ensure accuracy
Manage employee hires and terminations
Collect and verify payroll variables
Prepare, review and issue payslips
Monitor sick leave and calculate statutory sick pay (IJSS)
Prepare the DSN and social declarations
Advise clients on employment and social legislation
Draft employment contracts, amendments and mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles)
Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in a payroll or accounting firm
Qualification equivalent to 2–5 years of higher education (e.g., diploma or degree) in payroll, HR, employment law or management
