About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 clients
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy
- Manage employee hires and terminations
- Collect and verify payroll variables
- Prepare, review and issue payslips
- Monitor sick leave and calculate statutory sick pay (IJSS)
- Prepare the DSN and social declarations
- Advise clients on employment and social legislation
- Draft employment contracts, amendments and mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles)
- Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a payroll or accounting firm
- Qualification equivalent to 2–5 years of higher education (e.g., diploma or degree) in payroll, HR, employment law or management
- Strong knowledge of SILAE
- Dual expertise in payroll and employment law
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable in client-facing roles
- Curious and motivated to continue learning
- Team player with a good sense of humor
