About the role

Responsibilities
- Support as a working student in Technical Communication and UX
- Shaping the interface between content creation, graphic design, translation management and usability testing
- Preparing usability tests to optimize products and applications
- Conducting usability tests at our Obererding-Schwaig location
- Supporting our two main user groups—electricians and end customers—during the tests
- Analyzing test results and deriving improvement recommendations
- Participating in projects in the areas of content creation and user experience
Requirements
- Enrollment in a degree program in Technical Communication or a related field
- Strong interest in text and graphic design, UX design, and the development of user-friendly applications
- Independent and structured working style, combined with teamwork and initiative
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Advantageous: basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, common UX tools, or translation management
- Class B driving license
