Responsibilities
support the creation, monitoring, and adjustment of programme schedules using data-driven insights to meet sales, margin, and inventory targets
work closely with Buying, Planning, Category Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, and Commerce Platforms teams
prepare and update live TV show schedules, proactively recommending changes to maximise sales and enhance customer experience
collaborate with the Events Planner to align airtime with promotional calendars and business priorities
analyse sales and inventory data, providing recommendations to drive productivity and efficiency
Requirements
experience in merchandising, scheduling, or a related field, ideally within retail or media
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
keen interest in brands and product trends with a commercial mindset
