Requirements
Proven experience in the software industry with a background in professional services and software implementation.
University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5+ years as a Practice Leader in a professional services organization, with direct people management and P&L responsibility.
5 years of IT Project Management experience, leading projects from $400K–$2M+ and managing large teams.
Strong people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams.
Expertise in project management methodologies, implementation best practices, and business/financial forecasting.
Hands-on consulting experience in a professional services environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage at senior management levels and support sales initiatives.
