Responsibilities
Take ownership of our online shop
Ensure all shop content is up-to-date and error-free
Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns
Develop and implement measures to improve conversion rate
Analyze shop and performance metrics
Work closely with the marketing and product teams
Ensure shop functionality and technical interfaces/integrations operate reliably
Monitor trends in e-commerce and MarTech.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or managing online shops
Strong understanding of what convinces customers in an online shop
Analytical mindset and strong numeracy/data affinity
High tech affinity and interest in new tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Structured, self-driven, with an ownership mindset
Strong German (C1) and basic English skills.
