Key Account Manager responsible for managing Amazon and marketplaces for Grupo Boticário. Leading digital channel strategies in a B2B e-commerce environment with a focus on beauty products.
Responsibilities
Act as the focal point for Amazon and marketplaces, ensuring excellence in daily relationship management and in weekly performance meetings.
Full management of sell-in, sell-out, P&L and strict control of promotional budgets. Monitor conversion KPIs, search share and product availability.
Proactively define and review processes for a channel that is undergoing digitalization and development.
Develop and negotiate long-term Joint Business Plans (JBPs), focused on expanding the Group's brand portfolio.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with partner areas (Logistics, Supply, Customer Service and Operations) and present recommended action plans to Senior Management and the Board/VP.
Ensure execution of the Digital Shelf strategy (A+ Content, SEO, images and new SKUs) and collaborate with Performance Media to optimize ROI.
Interface directly with the Supply team to prevent stockouts and ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Requirements
Proven track record in commercial roles, with essential experience in the e-commerce channel and specifically with Amazon (experience working via distributors and deep knowledge of the customer portals).
Leadership maturity (equivalent to coordination or junior management) to lead complex negotiations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Advanced English.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, strong influencing skills, agility and strategic vision to advocate for the channel's potential.
Previous experience in the Beauty / Consumer Goods segment.
Experience in projects to digitalize sales channels.
