Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a quality policy that complies with regulatory standards.
- Manage food safety through the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Drive the company’s certification processes (IFS, BRC standards).
- Ensure metrology in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of hygiene and occupational safety practices.
- Manage the environmental impact of daily operations.
- Contribute to project management within the QHSE department.
- Coordinate and deliver training to teams on quality best practices.
- Act as backup to the QHSE manager.
- Serve as the custodian of the Quality Management System—keep it active and evolve it alongside product innovations and production equipment.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in QHSE or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFS and BRC auditing standards.
- Demonstrated autonomy and versatility.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Risk management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and a team player.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
