About the role

  • Associate Lawyer in a prestigious law firm specializing in civil litigation. Engaging in legal documentation, case analysis, and client demands under Bank of Brazil's guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Process court notices and publications, schedule deadlines in the system, and review low-complexity filings in cases;
  • Prepare reports and meet deadlines;
  • Receive and analyze summons, notices and publications to route events for handling by the teams that make up Banco do Brasil’s team and other teams involved in the operation;
  • Enter procedural information into the firm’s case management system as part of the client-developed project called SIGA;
  • Respond to client requests submitted via spreadsheet;
  • Comply with the requirements and deliberation requests set forth in Banco do Brasil’s Outsourced Legal Services Manual, as well as the bank’s rules, guidelines and client service workflows.

Requirements

  • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
  • Up to 1.5 years practicing as a lawyer after qualification;
  • Experience working in law firms, preferably in high‑volume/mass litigation;
  • Skill in drafting defenses and appeals of lower complexity;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
