Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor to understand their business objectives and technical requirements related to Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview
- Respond to RFPs and prepare and present persuasive business proposals tailored to client needs
- Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies aligned with customers' business needs and compliance requirements
- Maintain active communication with clients after proposal submission to address questions and adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects that meet technical and business objectives
- Serve as the Functional Manager, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience managing teams in IT with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview
- Current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA SecurityX
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept to completion, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Availability for short-term travel: approximately 30% business travel, primarily within Germany and other European countries
