About the role
- Cloud Security Manager developing client relationships and engaging in cybersecurity projects. Focused on Microsoft technologies, managing client needs and project delivery for NVISO.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor
- Engage with clients, responding to their needs and coordinating projects
- Design and recommend cloud security architectures tailored to business requirements
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain communication with clients after proposals
- Act as a Functional Manager by providing guidance and managing goals & objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent knowledge
- Proven experience managing teams within information technology with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Holds current cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Purview)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel for business up to 30%, mostly within Germany but potentially to other European countries
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects with strong organizational skills
