Responsibilities
Develop strong customer relationships
Provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone
Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, banking, receipting, and dispatching of goods
Assist customers with pricing and product queries and processing counter sales
Maintain safety processes
Assist with merchandise campaign material
Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
Load and unload trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
Requirements
Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
Passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
Experience working within a sales environment
Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
Proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
Current driver’s license is essential
Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
