Responsibilities
Solicit and develop customer accounts
Provide after-sales service and follow-up with customers
Promote the company’s products and services
Prospect for new clients
Establish strong business relationships
Be attentive and alert to new opportunities
Negotiate agreements with clients
Prepare quotes and sales contracts
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Submit weekly reports on follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain business relationships with existing customers to develop strong collaboration
Represent the company at networking and business events
Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or field representation
Good knowledge of the equipment rental sector and/or the construction market
Familiarity with the Trois-Rivières/Mauricie/Centre-du-Québec area (an asset)
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and high energy
