About the role
- Financial Analyst responsible for cash flow management and analysis at Nutrição Sem Fronteiras. Supporting financial decision-making through detailed financial reports and KPI monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow with predictability and detailed analyses;
- Ensure accuracy of cash balances, financial investments and debts;
- Execute the accounts receivable process: issuing and managing collections, reconciling receipts, monitoring delinquency and maintaining the collections workflow;
- Prepare management financial reports focused on strategic indicators (CAC, LTV, Churn);
- Analyze financial data to support pricing, marketing and expansion decisions;
- Monitor acquisition and retention KPIs, providing recommendations to optimize CAC and increase LTV;
- Support financial modeling of sales and growth scenarios;
- Work on accounts payable, payment scheduling and bank reconciliation;
- Identify automation opportunities and improvements in treasury processes;
- Actively collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Collections and Sales teams to align data;
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing clear and reliable information;
- Contribute to developing best practices within the team, including mentoring more junior professionals;
- Produce periodic financial performance reports, aligning results with area leadership and the executive board.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Treasury, cash flow management and bank account administration
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, investments and financing/fundraising operations
- Advanced analytical ability to interpret strategic financial data
- Proven experience monitoring and analyzing KPIs such as CAC, LTV and Churn
- Advanced Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, scenario modeling)
- Knowledge of financial ERP systems.
