Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and requests.
Support and administer core enterprise platforms.
Manage device deployments.
Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and French (or other required languages).
Requirements
Experience with the MS Intune suite, MS Entra, Office 365 suite, and JIRA Service Manager.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to manage laptop deployments and hardware provisioning.
Strong communication skills in English and French (or other required languages).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and help desk best practices is an asset.
Office or hybrid work environment.
May require occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or deployments.
