Responsibilities
As an innovative leader of the Finance division, you lead the Accounting, Group Accounting & Tax, Controlling, Corporate Finance & M&A teams as well as Procurement and continuously develop them with strategic foresight.
Together with Executive Management, you are responsible for developing and implementing the company strategy.
You have overall responsibility for liquidity management, financial reporting, analyses and decision-ready proposals.
You develop and maintain strategic relationships with external lenders and stakeholders.
You support acquisitions, contract negotiations and tax structuring as needed.
You participate in projects and represent the company in committees and shareholder meetings as required.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience and extensive expertise across commercial functions such as tax, controlling, accounting, corporate finance, M&A and procurement.
Commercial/financial training with relevant additional qualifications or a degree in business administration, ideally supplemented by further qualifications such as tax advisor, auditor or other advanced commercial certifications.
Many years of leadership experience managing large teams or leading managers, preferably previously as Head of Finance or CFO in an internationally operating company.
Strong negotiation skills, the ability to assess complex situations with confidence, persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
Excellent German and English skills.
