Requirements

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
- Know-how in Versicherungsprozessen, Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS) und deren Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaften
- Analytische Stärke, Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen präzise zu hinterfragen und umzusetzen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
