About the role

  • Commercial Engineer specializing in HVAC, managing sales and customer relations for a technical center. Developing solutions and coordinating marketing actions across France and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development for the HVAC market (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
  • Develop and implement an annual commercial action plan
  • Increase sales of studies and testing services to HVAC manufacturers
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with technical experts
  • Present and follow up on proposals through to contract award
  • Build long-term relationships with French and European manufacturers
  • Coordinate the sale of technical services
  • Retain and grow the existing client portfolio
  • Participate in marketing activities (webinars, technical days, market studies...)
  • Represent the organization at professional events
  • Regular travel within France and across Europe.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) — degree in Energy/Thermal Engineering or a business degree with a strong technical focus
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions is highly valued
  • Professional working proficiency in English required
