Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement
Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups
Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leads
Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing whatever it takes
Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions
Requirements
2+ years of direct sales experience
2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in consultative selling techniques and building trust
Capable of presenting effectively to groups
Strong relationship-building skills within the community
Basic mathematical skills
Experience handling challenging situations with confidence and compassion
Must have reliable transportation, a valid state drivers license, and a satisfactory driving record
