Preparing reports on order intake and sales
Coordinating worldwide business travel, including invoicing
Organizing and hosting customer visits
Requirements
Commercial or technical qualification and experience in mechanical engineering
Ideally already experienced in after-sales service
Fluent German and basic English skills
Experience with ERP systems and common Office applications
Efficient work organization and task coordination skills
Enthusiasm for working in a family-oriented, supportive team
