About the role

  • Sales Manager guiding and directing Front Line Sales Team in daily operations. Delivering best-in-class service and ensuring outstanding guest experiences in Branson.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, direct, mentor, and lead the Front-Line Sales Team in daily resort sales operations
  • Assist Sales Associates with finalizing the sales process and enforcing all department and company policies
  • Trains and mentors the Sales Team
  • Maintains sales performance and finalization of sales
  • Creates excitement with Sales Team and clients
  • Manages Sales Representatives to deliver sales presentations to guests according to company policy
  • Ensures outstanding service from Sales Representatives to guests

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Front-Line Sales Associate
  • Maintain a minimum VPG and number of sales closed as measured by weekly sales reports
  • Presentation skills
  • Customer/Client Focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess high morals and integrity
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
