Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and assist customers by phone, email, and social media
  • Support customers in monitoring and reducing their energy consumption
  • Proactively ensure that contracts have no issues
  • Identify and analyze areas for improvement in our service
  • Take part in the development and growth of the team
