About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Coordinate services with various personnel as needed
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Creative and innovative approaches to mental health (preferred)
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens (preferred)
- Experience with couples and families (preferred)
