About the role

  • Oversee product development, design, pricing strategies, and the launch of new products or services.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Design and execute comprehensive product marketing plans for product launches and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications with Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in brand marketing or closely related commercial roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in market trend analysis, segmentation and consumer behaviour insights, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues.
  • Thai native speaking with good English communication.
