Responsibilities
- Leading and executing the Region EUCAN Market Access strategy for the Obesity and MASH portfolios
- Designing and implementing innovative out-of-pocket and affordability strategies
- Developing tailored access approaches across public payers, private insurers, employer-sponsored plans, and self-pay channels
- Shaping pricing and contracting frameworks
- Driving evidence generation initiatives
- Engaging senior stakeholders to influence coverage and benefit design
- Providing senior-level leadership and cross-functional coordination across Region EUCAN
Requirements
- Adegree (M.Sc. or PhD) in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Senior-level experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access across multiple European and Canadian markets
- Deep expertise in international market access
- Proven track record of securing reimbursement and formulary access for high-value therapies
- Strong capabilities in health economics, HEOR and RWE
- Demonstrated experience with complex pricing, contracting, and out-of-pocket strategies
- Proven ability to lead and influence in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
