About the role

  • Commercial Excellence Manager leading sales force performance management for Novo Nordisk in Malaysia. Enhancing customer engagement and driving business success in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales force performance management
  • Steer sales force effectiveness by providing expertise on portfolio prioritization
  • Drive and orchestrate regular profiling, segmenting, and targeting (PST) activities
  • Lead analytics and evaluation of sales force effectiveness metrics
  • Support high quality in-field execution
  • Keep teams informed on frontline effectiveness progress
  • Develop new insights and meaningful recommendations to influence business partners

Requirements

  • A Masters/BS/BA Degree with specialization in business, marketing and/or finance desired
  • At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience within Commercial Excellence, sales or marketing, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
  • Essential to have strong stakeholder communication, social, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams/projects
  • High degree of fluency in spoken and written English required
  • Outcome-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated data-driven and analytical capability
  • Expert level for MS Office suite (Excel, PPT)
