Responsibilities
Lead sales force performance management

Requirements
A Masters/BS/BA Degree with specialization in business, marketing and/or finance desired
At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience within Commercial Excellence, sales or marketing, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
Essential to have strong stakeholder communication, social, leadership and negotiation skills
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams/projects
High degree of fluency in spoken and written English required
Outcome-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated data-driven and analytical capability
