About the role
- Service Manager overseeing IT service operations and compliance management in a healthcare setting. Driving improvement and collaboration within infrastructure and information security teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations and maintenance of the Network services for Novo Nordisk product supply domain (PSnet)
- Take ownership of the service in operation/maintenance via joint ownership with the respective stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders/partners/vendors to collaborate and manage the execution of service tasks/activities
- Work within the agreed operating model framework on the area goals, based on Service Owner / Product Owner / Business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, including incident, problem and change management along with managing financials (where applicable)
- Ensure good reporting on service performance, vendor management via key performance indicators
- Ensure maintenance of IT compliance of the service as per Novo Nordisk QMS and regulatory guidelines and maintaining of related documentation through collaboration with internal stakeholder/quality responsible/partners
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in relevant IT field
- 10+ years of experience in IT service management domain
- 5+ years in the service offering (Network / Network Security) domain
- Strong ITIL / ITSM / IT Compliance (CSV) knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of budget management and project management
- Good understanding of infrastructure concepts, especially Network domain
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
