Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans for your scope.
- Analyze actual vs. forecast results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management dashboards.
- Deliver reporting and contribute to the preparation of documents for Group management committees.
- Act as a preferred contact point between local financial teams, business units, and the Group’s financial department.
- Collaborate with operational teams and senior management to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
- Support non-financial stakeholders (e.g., data and transformation, supply chain, sustainability) with financial analysis and decision support.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Group functions, including the setup of new reporting tools, design of new metrics, and automation of recurring processes.
- Contribute to the modernization of financial processes and tools, including the introduction of professional AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; engineering background appreciated.
- 7–10 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or audit, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; experience in M&A analysis is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or others) and EPM systems (OneStream, Tagetik, or others).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Rigorous, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
