Responsibilities

  • Managing the central finance inbox
  • Coordinating inquiries from customers, suppliers and internal colleagues
  • Reviewing and processing incoming invoices
  • Maintaining master data
  • Supporting other accounting tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Strong numeracy and meticulous working style
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1/C2) and good English skills (at least B1/B2), both written and spoken
