Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end‑to‑end launch planning from project maturation to successful launch
  • Translate technical developments into value propositions for customers
  • Develop and implement structured processes for high-quality product introductions
  • Optimize ways of working based on learnings from previous launches
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet timelines and commercial objectives
  • Provide guidance and training in new product development
  • Promote a culture of accountability and communication

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development in an industrial process–driven industry
  • Master’s degree in business, science, or engineering
  • Experience collaborating with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders in complex environments
  • Proven ability to manage multi‑phase innovation or product introduction projects with clear results
  • Skilled in conducting market analyses and identifying customer needs
  • Able to build strong business cases, including financial modeling and value‑proposition development
  • Comfortable engaging with customers to translate insights into product positioning
  • Strong communication skills
