Responsibilities
Lead and optimize special technical operations (quality investigations, technical campaigns and recall campaigns)
Ensure smooth operational execution, performance monitoring and the quality of operations
Ensure satisfaction of the dealer/repairer network and customers
Analyze technical/warranty procedures and the affected vehicle scopes
Prepare communication materials, databases and required tools
Initiate, coordinate and deploy technical operations and recall campaigns
Notify campaigns to the competent authorities
Coordinate between internal teams and the repair network
Disseminate technical information and support repairers (administrative support, complex cases)
Implement specific actions (e.g., blocking/unblocking vehicle registrations)
Monitor implementation rates and analyze operational performance
Define and manage monitoring and quality indicators
Produce analyses and reports for management and international teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, methods and processes
Monitor budgets in liaison with the Warranty department
Requirements
Degree from an automotive engineering school, general engineering degree or equivalent
Prior experience in the automotive sector, technical roles or quality is a plus
Excellent command of French and good level of English
Strong proficiency with office tools (Excel, Access)
Strong analytical, synthesis and data-structuring skills
Ability to define, monitor and optimize processes
Good prioritization skills and ability to handle urgent situations
