Responsibilities
This position is responsible for coordinating the use, maintenance, and upgrading of personal computers, mobile devices, and networked multi-function copier/printer/scanner/fax devices within a multi-bureau area office.
The incumbent will resolve or coordinate the resolution of equipment and software problems.
The incumbent will assist area office management in the evaluation of software and hardware that may facilitate more efficient business operations.
This position performs the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of hardware and software for the area office personal computers and LAN components.
The incumbent will participate in professional development activities, dependent upon existing budget opportunities.
Requirements
One year of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, and network connectivity issues.
One year of experience troubleshooting mobile devices.
One year of experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
One year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
One year of experience with Microsoft Office 2016/365.
