About the role

Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for coordinating the use, maintenance, and upgrading of personal computers, mobile devices, and networked multi-function copier/printer/scanner/fax devices within a multi-bureau area office.
- The incumbent will resolve or coordinate the resolution of equipment and software problems.
- The incumbent will assist area office management in the evaluation of software and hardware that may facilitate more efficient business operations.
- This position performs the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of hardware and software for the area office personal computers and LAN components.
- The incumbent will participate in professional development activities, dependent upon existing budget opportunities.
Requirements
- One year of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, and network connectivity issues.
- One year of experience troubleshooting mobile devices.
- One year of experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
- One year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- One year of experience with Microsoft Office 2016/365.
