Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting UX design artifacts
- Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design
- Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model
- Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis
- Develop a digital ecosystem for the government customer
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval
- Demonstrated experience utilizing UI/UX design principles
- Demonstrated experience creating wireframes
- Experience in fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Educational background in psychology, human factors, user experience, graphic design, industrial design, or HCI-related field from an accredited university for Engineer level (T02).
- At least 2 years of related experience with a Bachelors for Engineer level (T02) or at least 1 Year of relevant experience with a Masters
- Educational background for Principal Engineer level (T03) includes the same fields and at least 5 years of experience with a Bachelors or 3 years with a Masters or 1 year with a PhD.
