About the role

  • Director of Human Resources leading HR initiatives for Engineering Air Dominance Division at Northrop Grumman. Implementing HR strategies and partnering with leadership to enhance talent management and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing HR strategy and initiatives aligned to sector, function and division matrix.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals by providing guidance, flow-down, coaching and support.
  • Partnering with Engineering division leadership to develop talent management and succession planning.
  • Effectively communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to influence and guide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of HR or related experience – OR – a Master's degree with at least 8 years of HR or related experience.
  • Experience managing and leading teams.
  • Strong communicator, collaborator and relationship-builder.
  • Experienced at leveraging HR processes, tools and data & analytics.
  • Demonstrated change management experience, problem solving skills.
