About the role
- Cybersecurity Engineering Lead responsible for the Triton cybersecurity program at Northrop Grumman. Directing cybersecurity strategy and managing risk across organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support and uplift of the Triton cybersecurity program.
- Define and drive the cybersecurity program strategy to align with organisational objectives and emerging cyber threats.
- Develop and implement the MQ-4C Triton Systems Security Program Plan.
- Coordinate and cooperate with project stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity activities are appropriately prioritised and implemented.
- Oversee systems security risk management activities.
- Maintain configuration management, through the evaluation of system changes for cybersecurity impact and updating any specific security authorisation artefacts.
Requirements
- A qualification or certification in Systems Security Engineering or cybersecurity related field (CISSP or similar).
- Strong written communication.
- Previous leadership experience with managing a small team.
- Minimum NV1 clearance, with the ability to gain TSPA.
- Experience with the application of cybersecurity standards, benchmarks and frameworks including ISM, PSPF and DSPF.
