About the role

  • Manage the Lisieux antenna for the Chambers of Agriculture in Normandy, supporting farmers and developing effective teams. Ensure service quality and client loyalty through strong leadership and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities and monitor progress toward objectives
  • Lead the team (meetings, performance reviews, activity follow-up, facilities management)
  • Develop employees' skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to relationships with local authorities; liaise with a territorial coordinator and a designated elected representative
  • Participate in the commercial promotion of the service offering (advice, training) to farmers in the area
  • Ensure service quality and customer retention

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to two years of higher education) with proven experience in team and project management
  • Good knowledge of the agricultural business environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial aptitude
  • Valid Category B driving license
