  • Financial Controller overseeing various accounting operations for a technology consulting firm. Managing payroll, accounts management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee various accounting operations
  • Manage payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and bank reconciliations
  • Generate and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the executive team
  • Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
  • Help manage the budgeting and forecasting
  • Produce financial statements as requested
  • Work with external auditors and provide needed information for the annual audit
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Oversee some site operations related functions
