About the role

  • NAU Platform System Administrator for Nord Anglia Education's learning platform. Collaborating and enhancing user experience through technical support and platform management in London HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with NAU Platform Innovation Lead to implement agreed roadmap for maintaining and enhancing the platform
  • Contribute to liaising with platform vendors and maintaining these relationships
  • Maintain technical architecture, working to an agreed playbook (communities, user learning journey, content tagging and auditing, skills taxonomy etc)
  • Implement and maintain an agreed archiving and sunsetting process for all elements of learning programmes
  • Support with implementing UX/UI enhancements that meet evolving personalisation needs
  • Monitor and implement agreed platform standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of platform infrastructure
  • Proven experience working with the Docebo platform (or similar)
  • Background in platform management, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborative mindset with a user-centric approach
  • Familiarity with data governance, security and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
