- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal frameworks
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate law
- Strong expertise in corporate governance and company law
- Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs
- Familiarity with international corporate structures
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
