  • Account Executive responsible for inbound and outbound client inquiries at NordVPN. Help millions with online security while driving sales in global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for inbound & outbound client inquiries
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals with new clients
  • Set up meetings, understand prospect needs, and present products
  • Manage and grow partnerships with existing partners
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Work with internal teams on lead generation and conversion
  • Ensure seamless client experience during product onboarding
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics
  • Proactively identify team process improvements
  • Work with an innovative product that changes the industry

Requirements

  • Experience in sales account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Good presentation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Flexible, proactive, and result-oriented way of working
  • Passion for sales and customer success
  • Strong learning, planning, and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
