About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and recruit new partners
  • Grow business through channel partners
  • Build relationships with assigned distributors
  • Lead the sales process with partners to meet targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos for partners
  • Onboard and train partners on products
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences (travel 30% of the time)
  • Collaborate with team members and gather feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Expertise in channel sales and cloud-based, cybersecurity, or software solutions
  • Strong sales acumen and strategic selling skills
  • Technology acumen and understanding of industry trends
  • Proven performance with quarterly sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and quick learner
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
